By installing or using Tonely (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use, which together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement form the binding agreement between you and Caretopia Network Private Limited ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Tonely on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the App.
Every ringtone composed by Tonely is generated based on the prompts and tags you provide. We do not claim ownership of the audio output. You are free to:

The underlying AI model is provided by MiniMax. Their terms apply to the model itself, but the audio they return to you through Tonely is yours to use under the rules above.
Tonely uses Apple's In-App Purchase system. Each purchase grants a fixed number of ringtone-generation credits, which are consumed one at a time when you tap Create. Credits do not expire while the App is installed and have no cash value.
Pack pricing (subject to change in future App Store updates):
Local prices in your country may differ based on Apple's pricing matrix and currency conversion. There is no subscription. There are no auto-renewing charges.
Refunds: all refunds are processed by Apple directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to advocate on your behalf — email help@stenofast.com if Apple denies a legitimate refund request and we will help.
Lost credits on reinstall: because Apple classifies these credits as a Consumable IAP, unspent credits do not transfer if you delete and reinstall the App. We recommend you generate ringtones soon after purchase. If you accidentally lost a large pack this way, contact us — we may be able to help.
You agree not to use Tonely to compose audio that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or designed to impersonate, deceive, or stalk another person. You agree not to attempt to extract or scrape Tonely's prompts, model outputs, or backend in bulk. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
Ringtones are generated by an AI model. Output may occasionally include unintended musical similarities to existing songs. We do not guarantee that any specific ringtone is free of incidental similarity to copyrighted works. If you intend to use a ringtone for anything beyond personal use, you are responsible for clearing rights.
Tonely depends on a third-party AI music backend. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Generations may fail or take longer during model provider outages — in such cases, your purchase credits are not consumed.
How we handle your data is documented in our Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree to those practices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us through the App Store in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the App before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
